REFORM DESIGN STUDIO was founded in 1990 by Mehdi DEMIROK LİÇINA, a graduate of ITU architecture faculty. It continues its activities with its headquarters in Istanbul, together with its partners in Moscow, Erbil, Belgrade-Podgorica offices.
